For over thirty years, the Republican Communications Association has served as the organization for Republican communications professionals both on and off of Capitol Hill.  RCA offers monthly luncheons with notable guest speakers, maintains a job bank of communication-related positions, and organizes regular professional development activities and seminars.

The RCA membership consists of a wide network of professionals who work in a range of communications positions.  Our members work for Representatives in the U.S. House, Senate, political organizations, as well as associations, public relations firms and corporations.  Events sponsored by RCA provide opportunities to meet and learn from hundreds of others who work in our field in Washington, D.C.

Previous luncheon speakers include television personalities such as Chris Matthews, NBC News, CBS News, the Politico, former White House spokesmen Tony Snow and Ari Fleischer, and former Speaker Newt Gingrich, In addition to the monthly luncheons, RCA members enjoy professional development workshops, receptions and happy hours, as well as other social events and useful roundtable discussions on issues and ideas to improve communications skills.
